Our Mission:  The Unitarian Universalist Mental Health Network is driven by a single goal: to empower the Beloved Community in honoring everyone’s unique mental health journey towards wellness.

Our Vision:  We envision a world where the Beloved Community is a place where all members feel welcomed, understood, and held in love; engages in respectful curiosity to understand emotional distress; welcomes open, authentic, and fearless sharing about mental health; and passionately commits to mental health justice.

Introduction to the
UU Mental Health Network

October 11th
National Coming Out Day

We're excited to announce the launch of an online LGBTQIA+ Support Group. This is a peer-led support group for any adult in the LGBTQIA+ community who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Participants gain insight from others' challenges and successes with similar experiences.

HAVE YOU OR SOMEONE YOU LOVE EVER BEEN IN DISTRESS?
Companionship Can Make All the Difference

COMPANIONSHIP: WHERE NO ONE WALKS ALONE

Companionship is a dynamic and inspirational model that empowers everyday individuals to support those experiencing emotional or mental distress. This approach emphasizes intentionality, presence, and relational care, making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. The program fosters collaboration and equips participants to form supportive relationships wherever they are.

Become a Companion Workshop

Through a three-hour interactive training, participants gain the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence needed
to build authentic relationships with people in need.

Who Is Companionship For?

Companionship is for anyone seeking to make a positive impact, believes in the healing power of connection, and is eager to join a movement of care and support.
